    For next customer projects (we have about a dozent in queue) we will need a call flow control element controllable via BLF key.

    The call flow control lets redirect calls regarding to its internal state:

    Green -> Normal Flow (usually to the persons extension)
    Red -> Redirected Flow (usually to headquarters main phone number, when the person is not on the desk and not avialable via Mobile phone)

    Its a very important feature for us, in order to make new projects with 3CX.

    I would need exactly the same features. Where you sucessfull with this?

    There have been many conversations in the forums about changing the colors of BLF buttons. It simply is not possible through any of the 3CX APIs. You might, however, be able to do something proprietary with a specific phone. Many phones will respond to HTTP requests.
