Call Forward from Directory

    We were previously able to select a number from the directory to call forward to, only recently has this stopped working on a number of our Cisco SPA50* phones. It instead just dials the number, entering the number manually and selecting dial still sets the cfwd as expected. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
