Call forwarding from ring group

    Hi everyone,

    Just installed 3cx and having a brain fade moment. We have 12 users and they all have Yealink phones internally, there is a ring group setup so everyones phone rings when a main line call comes in. When a user goes out of the office and sets there extn to goto there mobile its also sending all the main line calls out to the mobile as well. How do we stop main line calls going to the mobile if the user is set as away or out of the office?

    There are forwarding rules that can be based on internal or external call type but Ring Group Phones don't follow those. The exceptions are the Away, and Out of office, forwarded to an outside number (mobile). Also, If the user has "ring my mobile at the same time" set-up, then any call (internal or external) will do so.

    You may have to have the user change how they manage the options on their set.
