Call forwarding not working

    Hello,
    I have a problem with a 3cx phone system.
    I have set an IVR and one of the options is "transfer to extension".
    This extension has as default setting to forward calls to a external number.
    I have set the out-rule in the right way but when I call the number and ask to be transferred to "101" the internal number that should transfer the call, it says " Call transfer failed" and IVR playes again, same thing from the voicemail.
    Without 3cx Ican do external calls so it's not a provider matter.

    What should I do?

    Do you actually have an idle trunk available for the call to go out on? You don't say if this in an incoming external call that is failing. Have you tried using an extension and dialling the IVR directly? You'd best post the 3CX log of a failed attempt.

    Did you verify if your VOIP operator support "Re-invite" and "Replace" ?
    (it's was my problem)
