Yesterday we have upgraded the 3cx system yesterday to version 4393 we no have the following problem.
when someone is forwarding an call he/she is pressing the blf/extension number on the snom320,.
he is announcing the call and hangs up the phone, the one that recieves the forwarded call now is now seeing the external call in his display but he is having no sound, we need to put the call on hold and take it back to have full audio.

Could you please provide more information about call scenario?
There are 3 participants and specific configuration of phones and extensions (PBX configuration).

Thanks a lot for your information

We use Snom320 phones.
we have 4 users in 1 ring group (ring roup 80) that answer our incomming line's, these users transfer call's to the right person.
the phones are auto configured with the provisioning function, the blf/extension is programmed in this way: http://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/snom.html

We have a block of 10 numbers (10 sip accounts) but we actualy use 2 numbers, on the numbers there is an DID programmed (name = the name that is displayed, the DID/DDI number/mask = * and it is programmed at the right voip provider, when someone calls to this number the call is forwarded to ring group 80.

when these users forward an call to the right person they just press the extension button on the snom phone and the other persons phone is ringing, the users is getting the call but he has no audio, after the recieving users presses the hold button twice (firtst put the user again in hold, second take him out again) he has 2 way voice.

i have deleted the DID number, but still the same problem.

incomming call trough voip provider -> 3cx -> user 1
user1 forwards call -> user 2 and user2 has no voice, after putting the call in hold again en retrieve it (action is made bye user 2) the voice is working.

PBX Delivers audio for the phones and for the voip lines and for the phones.
if you need more info or logfiles i can email that info.

Thanks to Stepan the problem is solved.
the extensions / phone dont need the 'pbx delivers audio function.' when this was set to off the problem was solved.
