Call Forwarding rules not working

    I have one problem extension that keeps losing it's call forwarding rules. Rather than directing to voicemail when the user is busy or does not answer, as the rules imply, it rings a fast busy. This happens about once a week and I have to go in and delete the rules, save the profile, and recreate. The only unique thing about this extension is that there are 3 phones that utilize it, 2 offices and a home phone connected via VPN tunnel. Anyone ran into this or have any insight?

    What does the 3CX log show when this happens. That may point to the cause of the "fast busy".
