Call forwarding to mobile within ringgroup not working

    Since upgrading 3cx Phone System and the softphone from V12.5 to V15 the forwarding rule for ringgroup members to mobile is not working anymore.

    This does not affects users where mobiles rings simultaniously.

    This only happens when calling from outbound.
    Internal extensions who call the forwarded extension, get passed trough to mobile, like it's supposed to.

    Any ideas on this problem?

    As far as I'm aware, calls to a ring group member will not follow the members forwarding rules, only calls direct to the extension. I'm not certain why it would have changed for you as it should not have worked in previous versions either.

    We found the solution and it is very easy.
    With the call forwaring rules under "Away" there was no tick before: "Accept calls from ring groups".
    We've enabled it and it works!!!

    Hope this helps others.
