    I have installed my 3CX with the ISO file on a VM on a OVH dedicated server

    All is working well but i have no contact and no history on my mobile devices.
    ( The calls are coming on my mobile phone without issue.

    Let me ask you, do you get presence? Also, make sure that your firewall checker passes with no errors.

    Yes my Firewall checker passe.on my Iphone i cn't see my presence, i have a grey square

    Try reaching your management console from outside your network, is that possible?

    yes all worked fine, i can go to my managment consoel, to the web client, all my phone worked, i can call and be called
    trafser goes to my mobile phone ...

    Check if https port that you are using like 5001 or 443 is not blocked

    Ok good, so far you checked that you can access your management console from outside your network, and that 5001 port is not blocked, right?

    Have you at some point, changed the private(internal) IP of your PBX?

    I don't remember but i think no, i have a fixe public IP.
    My 3CX is installed on a Virtual machin hosted by OVH on a dedicated server.

    my soft phone on my computer work well, i have the presence and the history but not on my mobil phone (IOS)
