Call in then call out to a different number

    Am trying to figure out how to write an application that first accepts a call, then the user will key in via the keypad the desired number to call out, then it will call out the number through a designated voip gateway.

    This way, the caller can just call a local number, put in an international number then get connected through.

    Is this feasible?

    Yes, you can do this with the VAD. In fact, the "SimpleDialer" application sample that is installed with the VAD is an application that does exactly that.
