Call log contact lookup

    Currently in the call log the lookup of names is only done in the "From" caller part of the report.
    In our case we use the reports to include in the billing of a client and it could be very usefull that the "To" also gets a lookup against the contacts that are in the 3CX contacts, worst case only in the company contacts and not the personal ones.
