I have two questions. My first question is wondering if there is any sort of documentation on how to read the "callhistory.log" files with the 3CX system. I am trying to do an analysis of the data and I need to understand what is exactly given in the callhistory.log to be able to do that. My next questions is about a sort of alert system. Is there an alert system that could notify me of how many calls are being made per hour for each phone extension. Preferably an automatic system that sends me an alert about the data analysed. It is purely for outbound calls to external numbers. Thanks for any help you can provide.
