    I have two questions.

My first question is wondering if there is any sort of documentation on how to read the "callhistory.log" files with the 3CX system. I am trying to do an analysis of the data and I need to understand what is exactly given in the callhistory.log to be able to do that.

My next questions is about a sort of alert system. Is there an alert system that could notify me of how many calls are being made per hour for each phone extension. Preferably an automatic system that sends me an alert about the data analysed. It is purely for outbound calls to external numbers.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Hi there,
What do you not understand from callhistory.log can you be more specific please ? There is no doc on the subject but I can try to help you decode these infos if show me some snippets.

There is no alerts on calls peaks unless you hit the trunk or license limits (to enable from Settings / General / Email notifications). You could post this as a feature request on 3CX Ideas: http://www.3cx.com/ideas

Thank you for the response. For the callhistory.log, there are rows for each call that is made. What I would like to know, is was does each column in the row represent. I am trying to determine this for when you save it in CSV format.

Here is an example of a row:
    3, 20131214013353.538, 00000BDA1F73693A_1, 10005, 18153554896, 3900881, 18153554896, 1, ""

What does each item represent when they are separated at the commas?

Thank you for the info on the alerts, I will be sure to post it on a feature request.
