Call log doesnt work but service works

    we can't see the incoming calls in panel.

    version: 15.5.0

    Hello @Volkan Celebi

    If you are referring to the Call Log from the Management Console, please note that calls are by default filtered for the current day. If you want to see calls for previous dates, click on Filter and change the Range.
