call log is empty

    I have experiencing a problems. When I use call report tools, the call log is empty. The case is the same, whether I run the call report utility on the same machine of the phone system or remotely. I tried to view the database directly, I also get a empty table. What may be the problem? Thx

    Is there a way to get a real time call logs?

    Realtime call logs are currently not possible.

    Further improvements to call logging shall be part of V7.1 which is soon to be released. Details of this will be part of the release notes in the coming weeks.
