Call log not recording inbound calls

    Hi all,

    We have an issue with call logs. Its a very simple setup. A call comes in on a VoiP provider and the call is directed to a single extension. The extension is set to ring a mobile at the same time.

    If you login to MyPhone, all calls that are answered are logged and answered. All inbound calls that hang up BEFORE going to voicemail are logged as a missed call. It also logs the call to the mobile as an outgoing call. The problem we have is that all inbound calls that go to voicemail are not recorded at all, whether they leave a message or not. They are not recorded as answered OR missed.

    Is there a setting to fix this? We are running V10.0.24018.2322 Multi tenant.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
