Call Log Reporter Question

    We use 3CX internally for our helpdesk and are wondering if the reporting in V10 or the call center add on can provide the following info

    We need to demonstrate the time taken to answer calls made to our helpdesk in percentage terms

    eg 10% of calls are answered in under 5 seconds, 30% in under 20, and 100% in under 30 seconds

    Can the log reporter or call center log reporter deliver that report without a need for manipulation?
