Call Log Time Incorrect

    Is there a way to have the time on the call log show correctly? It is 4 hours ahead. All other times are ok.

    If you're referring to Linux version that is fixed in SP2 and (I believe) soon will be available.

    I have the same issue, but it's in the activity log thing in the zip when you generate support info on Windows. Is this fixed as well?

    I checkes and saw no issues there.
    Can you be more specific in what you see and what you expect to see in support info?

    I think it would be advisable to post the release notes for SP2 before releasing SP2!

    When are you posting the info?

    Hi,

    We have the same issue, only on Windows.
    The time in the log files is 2 hours behind.

    All other times are correct, even the time in Call Log on the 3cx console.

    We use version 15.0.62928.5, no updates are available.

    Hi,
    We have 3cx hosted version on OVH.
    Same issue, also for office hours is this a problem, I need to set them 2 hours back. Our my clients reach out of office voicemail. (even I've set timezone correct (Brussels +1)

    we have 3cx Latest version

    The logs are saved in this location: "C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Logs\CDRLogs"
