Call log

    HI 3cx Suppport,

    I'm facing a issue with the call logging Reports...

    The issue is when an extension 'A 'calls 'B' & extn 'B' transfers the call to trunk (a mobile no) so that 'A' & 'trunk' is with conversation, the call log report shows that 'A' placed call to trunk directly whereas call from 'A' to 'B' are not logged in internal report.....
