Solved Call Log

    I have 3CX PRO Edition
    When I go to Call Log section I see only very recent calls there
    I know that the free edition removes call logs, but why I don't see them in the Pro edition ? Is there a place where I can set for how long to keep the logs ?

    Hi @Flash99 ,

    when in the Call Log menu, click on "Filter" and make sure that "Range" is set to 90 days. That is the maximum you can display in the Call Log, if you need more than that you will have to generate a call report.
