Why? In the latest version 3cx have changed the teqnique how they write to the call log. Before they wrote to the log instantly. Now it takes a couple of seconds after the call has ended. We used the log to let our callcenter application tell us that it was an incoming call and it looked in our database who had that number. Anyone who can help me find out an other tequniqe to get all information about the call instantly when it happends? I dont like when they make changes like this. This puts our system upside down.
