Call Logs - calls missing

    We're noticing that calls that some calls are missing from the logs. Specifically, it seem that calls which were transferred from one extension to the others, don't show up in the call logs on the client or server.

    Has anyone else seen the same? Is this a known issue or 'feature'?

    Hello @olt

    Can you provide an example of a call flow that results to a missing call? Are these local calls or external calls?

    External call comes in to ringing group.
    Call picked up by extension 200 - this shows in call log
    Attended transfer to extension 201 - this shows in call log
    External call connected to extension 201 - this does NOT show in the log.

    What happens if you run a call report? does the call appear in there? Can you tell me the exact PBX build you are running? You can find this on the Dashboard next to the licence tab
