Call Logs need to show how long a caller held before hanging up

    Call logs currently only show what time they entered the phone system and when they were sent to a queue, but for whatever reason doesn't document how long they held before "not answered" This should be a no brainier

    +1, would be great to have a way to find and remove those so they dont "fudge" with metrics.
