My HR Department needs some call logs. In 3cx, the logs start at 4am today. So, I open the Binary Log Viewer. I look at C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Logs\Backup\20150904 and see a bunch of BLREC files. When I click on one to open it, it says "3cx binary Log Viewer requires onw BLDEF and atleast one BLREC file." How do I open yesterdays log files for my HR Department?
