Call Logs

    My HR Department needs some call logs.
    In 3cx, the logs start at 4am today.
    So, I open the Binary Log Viewer.
    I look at C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Logs\Backup\20150904 and see a bunch of BLREC files. When I click on one to open it, it says "3cx binary Log Viewer requires onw BLDEF and atleast one BLREC file."

    How do I open yesterdays log files for my HR Department?

    Hi there,
    Is there no bldef file in this backup subfolder ? Can you try copying the bldef from the Logs folder in the subfolder and then open it using Bin Log viewer, still having same issue ?

    sure - i can manually do it - but why is it not already in each daily folder?
