    @All

    Situation:
    3CX v14 + SIP Trunk
    4 x Iphone with 3CXPhone 14 app & SIM. Extension in a Ring Group or Call Queues, 4 mobile numbers.

    Wish:
    After not picking up the call with 3CXPhone14 app, the call must forwarded to the mobile number.

    So when someone calls the extension number and is not picked up with the 3CXPhone app, the call must be forwarded to the mobile number.
    This works when the call is direct to the extension number.
    But when the extension is in a ring group (or call group) and we make the a call to that ring group, the forward to the mobile number is not working anymore.

    What we try to setup is a ring group with 4 iphones with 4 different mobile numbers.
    When someone calling the group, one of the iphones has to pick up through the 3CXPhone app.
    If the 3CXPhone app is not accessible or not answered, the call must be forwarded to the mobile numbers.

    It looks like the "ring group" setting are overrule the forward settings of the extension rules.

    Is there a solution to still use the extension settings, when a extension is called through a ring group?
    Or is it possible to put more than one mobile forward number in a ring group?

    You can accomplish this using call queue and external agents (mobile numbers). This feature may require professional license.

    What about...

    After the call is sent to the initial ring group, and is not answered, it goes to a second ring group. In this ring group you create several new (dummy, no physical sets) extensions. Each extension has the option set to ring my mobile at the same time.

    As you've discovered, a ring group call is not "owned" by any one extension in the group and will therefore ignore any call forward options.
