Call Monitor for every Call that passes the PBX

    Hi there,

    is it possible to see (for example in the 3CX Assistant) every Call that passes our 3CX Phone System?

    A Salesman talks to a Customer and says a technician will call him later about a case.
    When a technician gets that case and wants to recall the customer he has to ask the salesman what the number of the customer is.
    Only if the technician is directly called by the customer he can look in the call monitor and recall the number.

    The perfect way (in my eyes) would be if its exactly like in the call reporter (when came a call, from which number, how long, to which extension) just in real-time and on every client.
    Is that possible or is there any possibility to use a 3rd-party software that supports that ?
