Call Monitoring

    Hi All!

    Is there a way to monitor a call of an extension? To hear de call on time while the agent is talking instead of downloading the record?

    There is a "Listen In" function that you could use through the 3CXPhone for Windows. In the following link there are instructions how to enable it:

    Once enabled for an extension, if you open the expanded presence screen you should be able to right-click on an active call and listen in on it.
