    My users miss the possibility to create a Call Notice based on a call in the call log.

    Nice would be: right click on a call, select a contact, write some words and the send it to someone using the existing chat feature.

    Or just drag and drop a call from the log to a BLF...
    Chat is nice, but you always have to include contact information manually...

    Anoher possibility: Drag a call from the log to outlook (Note, Email or Task)
