We have added a VOIP line and it appears as "Registered" (Green) but we cannot make any calls through it...
When we do the "Firewall Test" it fails everytime with error 4 and 10.
We have talked to a 3CX reseller in our area but they can't figure out what' wrong...
We have followed all the Port Mapping instruction in the Manual, and read all we could find on the subject but with no Luck.
If anyone can help we would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks

    Hi,
May be some 3CX server logs can be interesting to be seen.

Are you sure you have set correctly ports on you router and that they are the same with your 3cx general settings?

How & where do you want me to send in the loggs, and also where do you get them from.
BTW we are down to our 2nd 3CX reseller in our area and they can't figure it out either... yet... They think it has to be VOIP Provider related... but still the line registers OK...

Can two extensions call each other? YES
Can you call the DR? What is the DR???
are you using a supported voip line? NO... that actually might be the problem!!!
We are using: http://justvoip.ca, and it looks like they are using an Asterix Server overthere so...

Can anybody suggest some good "Supported" VOIP Provider in Canada that can port local numbers???

    Thanks for any advices

    Matt,
Please tell me more because we went on the Nexvortex web site and in the "End User Service Agreement" it clearly stipulate in article 2.9 USE OF SERVICES BY CUSTOMER OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. nexVortex does not presently offer service to or support customers located in countries outside of the United States.
Maybe there is something we are missing but this seemed pretty clear cut....

    Please advise, Thanks

    Matt,

your Guy was right... We contacted NexVortex with that question and here is what they responded:
    Hello Patrick,
Your email has been forwarded to our legal dept as this clearly needs to be updated. We fully support both origination and termination service in Canada.
    Thanks,
    nV

We left a voicemail for them to call us back with the rates and Monthly fees, which we could not find on their website.....

    Thanks
