Call Park issue on Fanvil X5

    I too am having this issue on a pro license. I have updated to latest firmware. I have contacted 3cx support but have not gotten a resolution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I downloaded the latest firmware for the X5S from Fanvil's website. After installing it, it fixes this issue along with an issue of the time being off on the phones. I hope 3CX will support this firmware release soon.

    Hi Phillip,

    That's excellent news, I'd noticed that there was new firmware but hadn't had time to try it.

    3CX support can you please update the default firmware to this version please so it's held in the 3CX v15 database.
