Call Park issues with Yealink T42

    Hi

    We have a client with 3CX standard edition running at version 15.5.5. The client wishes to use call parking, however using

    Transfer
    *0 (0-9) "send" its not working. The handset gives " Forbidden" in the display
    The features is enabled for the users, for Call Park does work from the users 3CX Windows phone , working in CTI mode.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

    Hi Giannos,

    I work with Tony and I am replying on his behalf.

    I can confirm that we are using the "blind" transfer method in this scenario.
