Call parking issue

Hi, we're testing 3CX on our Polycom VVX500 phones and call park/unpark is working but it has a small issue. We're not sure if it happens on other IP phones. Here is our situation:
- User 1 parks Caller 1 on a shared park key.
- User 2 parks Caller 2 on the same park key.
- Caller 2 will be connected to Caller 1.

Is there a solution to this issue?

Our issue is different.
Caller 1 stays in the Park
Caller 2 ends up in LaLa Land.

We use SP1 thru SP5 for a total of 5 spots. Green when available, Red when in use. But occasionally someone hits the wrong button and does this. We are on Yealinks. They confirm the issue and are working on a fix for a near firmware release.

Thanks for your reply, craigreilly. Did you mean 3CX will fix this on the next update? Or an update from Yealinks?

Update of Yealink firmware.

Your phone (Polycom VVX500) uses (semi)attended transfer procedure to place call on shared parking place.
You need to find a way to change it to blind transfer (as it works on IP series)
