Call pick up

    We are using V12 with Snom 360 phones and a Patton 4114FXO. Our call pattern has all the phones being rung when a caller first calls. If no one answers within 10 seconds it sends the caller to the digital receptionist which answers the phone then sends the caller to a queue. The problem we have is if we are finished with our caller and another call is coming in before we have hung up our phone, we can not answer the incoming call. We have to wait until the digit receptionist answers it and sends it to the queue or run to another phone to pick it up. Is this a limitation of a SIP phone system or is there some settings we can change?
