Call pickup not showing caller ID

    I have recently migrated our 3CX from a Windows 8.1 VM to a Windows Server 2012 R2 VM. During this process, I used the backup utility to copy all the settings across.

    Before the move, when I dialed *20* to pickup another user's call, the phone would show me the caller ID of the incoming call.

    Since this move, I do not get the caller ID, all I get on the display is *20*.

    I have upgraded to the latest version of 3CX with no change.

    Does anyone know how to resolve this?
