call pickup not working ??

    i called:
    pstn > gateway > 3cx/DR > ext101

    and i couldn't pick up with another phone using *20* in 3cxV6.

    Please upgrade the PBX to version 7 if you are still on version 6. In version 6 there was a bug related to this where with certain phones under specific situations call pickup might not work.

    The dial codes remained the same - but they are 100% configurable from the interface - (In V7 the dial codes page is located under Settings\Advanced\Dial codes tab

    Note: The PBX must be licensed for Dial codes to be enabled

    * 20 * works under version 7

    The feature is completely feature complete when you specify *20* and the extension number/ring group no /queue no

    When you specify just *20* without an extension number after (wild *20*) it will work only from extensions to extensions.

    You cannot open pickup (*20* only) a call from a ringing member of a group.
    We are working to make this available soon. For now you have to specify *20*[RingGroupNumber]
