call pickup

    Hi

    When one extension rings with call from external party, and another group member picks up the call from his own extension the display on the phone shows the pickup code and is not pulling through the connected external party number.
    Is there a way to fix this?

    what phones are you using?
    what provider?
    Everything supported?

    I just tested this on latest 3cx release with supported Grandstream 2130/2170's and the original callers Caller ID showed up fine.

    I use Yealink T40P phones on 3cx V15.5 with all latest updates and firmware on the phones.

    Hello @jofer

    What provider are you using? Under your trunk settings / Options / Advanced do you have "Supports Re-Invite" and "Support Replaces" enabled? If so disable them and try again. Also make sure that extensions do have these options enabled. These options can be found under extension settings / Options / Troubleshooting
