Call Posistion Problem

    Hi,

    We have a little problem, we have 1 SIP number from SipGate and this is routed to a call Queue, the Call Queue only has 1 member which is using a Yealink T28. The problem is when 2 or more people call in on the number they enter the queue just fine but when their Queue position is announced it always says call position 1 and sometimes they swap around and the phone displays the second caller even though they entered the queue last then it might switch back again.

    Hi,

    There doesn't seem to be an issue with the Queue Service since i've checked out your issue.
    Could you give the Queue Manager Service a restart and see if the issue persists?
