Call Q Softphone

    Hi,

    I am currently setting up the 3cx system with the Call Q.

    I have created 2 Q's one Pre-booking and one sales. When I click on the Q button, it logs me into both Q's

    Is there a way that I can chose which Q I want to go into? Or am I assigned to both Q's

    In order to log in to one of the Q's you will need to use the explicit login/logout from the switchboard of the 3CX client. Please note that if you log your self out from the switchboard you will need to log back in from the switchboard as the Q button will only work for the Q that you did not login/logout using the switchboard.
