I believe The version released on 12th December doesnt have call queing feature. A question to the admin. As you have told in one of the Post's reply that the voice mail would be active for busy/not answered calls. would it be a feature in the next coming beta that if all the extensions are busy the digital receptionist could greet the caller and put the call on que ?
