Call Queue in V6

    Hi

    As per the time of writing, I have the latest version 6 of both the VOIP client and server, paid version. We have a Patten ISDN to VOIP gateway. The call queue monitor only shows the agents and the calls they are on (if they are on one), but it does not show calls waiting in the queue.

    Is this a bug or am I missing something? Any help appreciated

    Sorry that no one has responded to your issue. I personally don't use the call queue but will try to setup a demo tomorrow to see if I have the same problem.

    I have the same issue. it would also be good to be able to select to answer one of these calls out of order of the queue.
