Call Queue Manager

    hello,

    we have a service desk call queue and had an agent forget to log out the other day.

    I was looking to see how we could log her out, and I ran into some posts about a Call Queue Manager being able to log people in and out of the queue.

    i have a pro license, but when I go to the queue, and then the Advanced tab, I don't have the Call Queue Manager information that people mention in posts. Is that something I need to enable somewhere or has it been removed in v15?

    Hello @kstigler,

    You can set the Queue Manager extension from Call Queues >> Notifications >> Select queue manager extension number.
    The selected extension will have the ability to log out/in an agent from the Queue, from the Switchboard, in Q-Manager view.
