Hello, I am having a problem with my 3cx phone system where the max wait time for our call queue is not being enforced, causing the queue to go on forever. I have changed the time to as low as 10 seconds, reduced the queue to 1 phone, tried that phone busy and free and every time I get different results. When the wait time was 10 seconds, I had the if no answer action kick in after 2 minutes, but I have also waited on the queue for 15 minutes. Has anyone had similar experiences? Any idea how to fix? If additional information is needed, please let me know. Thanks.
