Call queue No Audio

    I see there are a lot of reports of calls picked up from a call queue not having any audio but with no resolution.

    today i setup a queue and low and behold no audio when picked up. here is a run down of my findings.

    From External:
    • call made to queue -> hear prompt saying (you are no 1 in the queue etc) -> extension picks up call -> no audio either way!

      call made to DDI -> extension picks up -> audio both ways (no problem)

      call made to hunt group -> extension picks up -> audio both ways (no problem)

    From internal extension:

    • call made to queue -> hear prompt saying (you are no 1 in the queue etc) -> extension picks up call -> audio both ways (no problem)

    setup:

    3cx ver 8 Professional 16sc
    windows server 2003 sp2
    sangoma isdn gateway (pci netborder express a101)

    linksys spa-902 x 5
    snom m3 x 3


    tried so far:
    • happens on snom and linksys phones, so not phone.
      ticked "pbx delivers audio" and unticked "reinvite" and "replace header" options
      deleted queue and created new
      restarted all services
    anyone actually have a resolution?
