Call Queue: Prioritized Hunt

    Is it possible to change the Prioritized Hunt that the call will go to the first agent first and only if this agent is busy or not in the office that it will go to ALL other agents instead just to the next agent ?

    A bit more flexiblitity would be helpful like this:
    Agent A: Priority 1
    Agent B: Priority 2
    Agent C: Priority 2
    Agent D: Priority 2
    Agent E: Priority 3
    Agent F: Priority 3

    Dear vitaminc,

    In order to achieve your goal you need to create 3 queue groups and choose the Connect to Queue / Ring Group in the Destination if no answer field and specify the next queue. Additionally, In the last queue you can transfer the call to the first queue if you want to create a loop.

    Agent A: Priority 1 (Queue 1)
    Agent B: Priority 2 (Queue 2)
    Agent C: Priority 2 (Queue 2)
    Agent D: Priority 2 (Queue 2)
    Agent E: Priority 3 (Queue 3)
    Agent F: Priority 3 (Queue 3)

    *Please note that between the transferring from one queue to the next one you will hear the prompt "Please wait while I transfer your call".

    *In addition, note that you can minimize the Maximum Queue Wait Time in Destination if no answer field in order to achieve an acceptable waiting time for each queue.
