    Hi folks,

Is there any way to change the handling of calls to handsets in a queue setup? ie: At the moment, our queue runs in a random type mode where only certain phones start to ring at the beginning... so my question is really can we set all phones to ring in unison at the same time?

The Queue will start ringing on a round robin system according to the list of extensions in the configuration.

That is if you have extensions A, B and C. the first call on the queue will Start on A. The next call will go on B, and the one after on C. The forth call on the Queue will then go to A again.

If an extension is busy, it will still be in the loop the next call. For example if A is busy, B is busy and C is free, and a call comes in and starts on A... it ends on C since it is the only free one. The next call, it will start on B and if B is free it will get it. If not it will try on C and then A.

Should you want the queue to still try to forward to a busy phone, you can use the procedure mentioned on the forum post http://www.3cx.com/forums/ringing-hunt-group-6844.html#p34712
