Hi Using V11, with the Call Centre Edition. We use the building 3CX reset call queue statistics configuration which schedules the reset and is configured on the queue. It has worked since we purchased 3CX, now for the past 3 or 4 weeks, it will no reset the statistics based on the schedule. It will reset if you click on the Reset Button, but this means every morning someone has to log into 3CX and manually reset it. I have recreated the queue from scratch hoping that would solve it and it hasn’t.
