I have had multiple requests from customers with call centers who want a different color on the call queue when someone is in "Wrapping Up" state. This way the queue manager knows that they are entering notes, etc. I have also had requests from customers who display their call queue on a large flat screen TV/monitor for all the agents to see to have it bigger. The text comes across too small on the larger screens. Perhaps have a way that they can adjust the lay out or size of font to fit their appropriate needs.
