Call queue voice prompt problem

    Hi,

    we configured call queue and we enabled intro prompt ,when someone call our external number 3CX connect that call to virtual extension and our prompt is start to play, at the background that call is ringing to that extensions (IP phones). What we need is that voice prompt is completed first and than start to ring, how to do that?

    That doesn't sound normal, but you need to provide more information.

    What type of trunks are you using?

    Can you post the 3CX log of an incoming call?
