call queues -Fewest Answered**SOLVED

    anyone know over what period of time the fewest answered will be ?

    There is a button reset statistics in each queue.

    If this is pressed all statistics will be reset in the QM Memory.

    Period of time is since the start of the service.

    can it be set to reset daily / weekly? without restart?

    Statistics can be reset without a service restart - (by pressing the button) however manual intervantion from the admin is needed. As in he has to manually go in each queue and reset the statistics for that queue.

    If you feel the need to have this schedule reset of queue stats, go to ideas.3cx.com and open a feature request. Make sure you title the request with the feature name and put Call Center Edition in the title. This is a CCE feature.
