Call Queues issue

    Hi

    anyone had issue with calls directed to a queue and wasnt being transfered to idle and available extensions.\
    or transfered to no answer destination but the message left disapeared?

    my customer had a lot of complaints about customer not being able to get through and not receiving call back from message left.

    You need to know what number called, or the number that was called and the time. Go through the reports to see what calls were transferred where, how long they rang, where they landed, etc. I had a similar and found people were just walking away from their desk and claiming there was a problem with the phone system.
