Call record put on hold during a call

    Hello !

    For security reasons, we have to put the "Recording" of a call on hold at some points during our conversations with our clients, in order to avoid having confidential information being stored in the 3CX.
    We have been using this feature for quite a time now, and on the recordings we had blanks when the recordings was switched off.
    It's been a few days now that even if we put the recording on hold, the recording still contains the bit of conversation we didn't want to store. When we resume the recording, it splits the whole call in two separate recordings.

    Any help about how I can solve this?

    Hi Alain,

    What version of 3CX are you running? There have been major improvements to the handling of recordings with regard to your scenario in 15.5 and above.
