Call recording after transfer

    I have extension 100 to be recorded. When I transfer an incoming line to ext 200 (not to be recorded)from ext 100, the recording for extension 100 does not stop.

    When I listen back to the recording, after the line was transfer, it was blank. This takes up a space on the Harddrive. This worsen when the duration on the transferred was very long.

    anyway to stop the recording after the transfer out?
